The Sanctuary was a perfect property and setting for our family of 7 (and grand dogs- very pet friendly prop). Love the open space in main living/kitchen area. Close walk over boardwalk to the beach, which was absolutely beautiful, best sunsets ever too! Close to Trading Post (4-minute walk) for any necessities needed while there.

Management attentive and responded quickly to all our needs while there. Great communication for anything we needed.

Will definitely go back to The Sanctuary next time we plan a trip Cape San Blas.

Sanctuary is a beautiful house with a gorgeous view of the Cape and the gulf. We were on a girls weekend trip and the house was perfect for our needs.

Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms to spread out. The open concept kitchen living room is great. I also appreciated how large the kitchen is.

Sanctuary is a short walk on the boardwalk to the beach, close to the Trading Post and restaurants near by.

We had fires on the beach at night and left with new memories. I can’t wait to go back!

“Girls’ Trip!”

My girlfriends and I stayed at this beautiful home for a much needed getaway. The house was lovely with so much room, up to date appliances, and an elevator to help with the heavy stuff.

Everything about the house was top notch. I enjoyed watching the sunsets on the back deck. The beach was practically private. It was only a very short walk to a private access path. We spent so much time soaking up the sun, and I even found a bunch of shark's teeth!

It was sad to leave, but we are already planning on our next trip. There were so many sleeping options, we are going to bring our husbands and kids next time! I highly recommend this beautiful vacation home. You won't regret it!

There are so many bonus features that make this house a luxury vacation home.

The heated floors in the master bathroom, along with the custom closet and panoramic views of the bay from the work space off the master; these are all noteworthy upgrades that define this unique home.

The kitchen in this home is HUGE and contains all the proper tools and more (like the wine fridge) to create memorable meals such as the ones we prepared and enjoyed at the dining table as we watched the sunset.

The elevator was yet another feature that made our trip easy and relaxing. We could pack our coolers and beach bags in the kitchen and send it down to the first level to transport to the beach.

We throughly enjoyed sipping our wine by the newly installed firepit and with the addition of the hot tub, I can see this as the perfect year round vacation spot.

We were thankful to the owner's for the nice beach chairs and other outdoor toys such as kayaks and yard games. My friends and I enjoyed our time together at The Sanctuary for our much needed retreat.

I would like to book this house in the future for our annual multi- generational family trip because of the amenities it offers and the additional carriage apartment.

A week at Sanctuary

We enjoyed another week visiting Cape San Blas! We noticed this house a few years ago and we were so excited when we found it available for a last minute beach trip. The house is beautiful! While not right on the water, the private boardwalk access was so close to the house (door to sand less then 2 min) We would absolutely stay here again! We were just a short walk to the trading post as well. Coastal Joes has been a great company to work with over the years! They were very attentive and easy to contact with questions.
